I recently took my car in for its annual inspection at this lovely garage, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming. They took the time to explain the inspection process in detail, which was reassuring, especially since I've had some bad experiences elsewhere. What truly stood out to me was their transparency; they provided a thorough report and even offered maintenance tips for keeping my car in excellent condition. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with complimentary coffee, which I found to be a nice touch! The only slight drawback was the waiting time, which was a bit longer than I expected, but given the thoroughness of their work, I completely understood. I can't recommend this inspection station highly enough! The service was top-notch, and the mechanics were friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like I was in good hands the entire time, and they did a fantastic job on my vehicle. I appreciated the detailed inspection report they provided, which highlighted everything clearly. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps a bit more seating in the waiting area, as it got quite busy when I visited. Overall, fantastic experience!

I took my car for its MOT here last week, and I was thoroughly impressed! The staff were incredibly efficient and friendly. They explained everything they were doing and answered all my questions, which made me feel valued as a customer. I particularly appreciated how clean the workshop was; it felt very professional. I had expected to pay a premium for such great service, but the prices were surprisingly reasonable. The only minor point was that I had to wait a little while longer than anticipated, but they kept me updated, which I appreciated. I will definitely be returning for my next inspection!

What a pleasant surprise! My experience here was excellent. The staff were knowledgeable and took the time to explain the inspection results. The only thing I wish they'd have is a better coffee selection in the waiting area. Other than that, I highly recommend this place!
